This page describes the information used by the current OraPaw reading and commerce experience and the services that help operate it.
Overview
OraPaw offers a Pet Bond Reading and a checkout flow for symbolic crystal matching sets. The information involved depends on whether you browse, complete a reading, join the presale list, or place an order.
Information we collect
OraPaw may receive page and device context, referrer and campaign parameters, anonymous analytics IDs, and actions taken through the reading and commerce journey. If you join the presale list, OraPaw receives the email address you submit. Reading selections used by the current web flow are kept in browser session storage while the flow is in use; the reading answers are not sent to TikTok Pixel.
Orders, shipping, and payments
Stripe hosts the payment checkout and processes payment details. OraPaw receives payment status and Stripe transaction identifiers and stores the order information needed to operate the order, including products, quantities, amounts, currency, customer email, recipient name and phone when supplied, and shipping address and billing address information returned by Stripe. OraPaw's order model does not store a raw payment-card number or card security code.
Analytics
OraPaw uses PostHog to understand page and funnel performance. PostHog analytics uses anonymous browser and session identifiers in the current web experience. Internal QA visits can be marked separately from ordinary traffic.
If you explicitly allow TikTok marketing tracking, OraPaw may load TikTok Pixel on eligible public pages to measure page visits. TikTok tracking is not loaded before that choice. It is excluded from internal QA, administrative pages, and the checkout success page. OraPaw does not use this integration to send Reading answers, email addresses, Purchase, AddToCart, or InitiateCheckout events.
You can reject TikTok tracking when first asked or reopen Privacy settings on the site to change the choice. This control applies to TikTok marketing tracking only; it does not switch off all OraPaw analytics.
Data sharing
OraPaw uses service providers for specific functions. Stripe processes checkout and payment information; PostHog receives the analytics events described above; TikTok receives eligible page visits only after TikTok marketing consent; and presale submissions may be sent through OraPaw's configured waitlist storage flow. OraPaw does not sell personal information.
Retention and operational details
The application repository does not define one published retention period covering every service and data category. This policy therefore does not promise a specific deletion schedule.
